Bil-Rite Renovations was founded in 2018 by Jason Bilodeau—born from a passion for craftsmanship and a clever nod to his last name, “Bilodeau,” and the phrase “built right.” Jason’s journey in construction began at just 15 years old, working hands-on as a rough framer, painter, and crew member for a commercial construction company. By 18, he was using those skills to take on small residential projects to help fund his college education.

After graduating, Jason joined a high-end design and cabinetry firm, where he refined his expertise and—fatefully—met his wife and creative partner, Xiomy. An incredibly talented designer, Xiomy and Jason quickly became a powerhouse duo, designing and completing dozens of beautiful renovations together.

As their experience and knowledge deepened, Jason decided it was time to take the leap and open a design firm of their own. Thus, Bil-Rite Renovations was born.

The first year brought just a handful of clients, but thanks to exceptional craftsmanship, personalized service, and a reputation for high-quality work at fair prices, word began to spread. Clients appreciated Jason’s meticulous attention to detail and the care he took managing each project with professionalism. He became known as “the guy who builds beautiful kitchens at a decent price.”

While Jason managed installations and sourcing, Xiomy provided expert guidance on design, layout, and product selection—bringing clients’ visions to life with creativity and care. Through word of mouth and glowing referrals, Bil-Rite quickly grew a loyal customer base and an impressive project portfolio.

Today, Bil-Rite has grown to a close-knit team of four, with Jason still personally involved in every renovation. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited about where we’re going.
